Register for the online National Landlord Investment Show

Over 2000 landlords took part in the inaugural online national landlord investment show for the Midland and Manchester areas on the 8th October.

Now, the attention turns to the national show on Tuesday 3rd November.

Whilst there are of course frustrations that we cannot welcome you in person due to the guidelines, our ability to take our fabulous show online will provide new opportunities for everyone involved. Now, from the comfort (and safety) of your own home, we can give you instant and direct access to experts across the wide property spectrum.

The National Landlord Investment Show will feature more than 40 seminars and many more exhibitors covering everything you can imagine surrounding the private rented sector. There will also be panel debate on evictions, and the future landscapes for UK landlords in association with the NRLA and Paul Shamplina of Landlord Action.

Topics range from expert tax advice, finance advice, investment opportunities, HMO advice, property training and everything you’ll need to help you grow and retain your property portfolio.

Show Founder Tracey Hanbury said:

‘It’s been a challenging year for everyone – and the events industry is no different. This, however, is a hugely exciting event for us at the Landlord Investment Show. We have some quite incredible exhibitors signed up - with superb products and services. Plus, with the property market remaining buoyant, and government incentives to buy, there's no time like the present to get involved. This is a real celebration of the property industry and we’d love for you to be involved.’

We are also delighted to announce that our main sponsors include Nova Financial Group, LOFT, MFS, HMO On Steroids, Less Tax 4 Landlords and Property Master Academy and in addition to our Co-Sponsors Mortgages for Business and Acuity Professional.

David Smith, Economics Editor of The Sunday Times, who will be holding a seminar titled ‘The economic overview for the future landscape of UK landlords’ is excited about the show on Tuesday:

“It’s great that these fantastic shows have been put online - there’s plenty to be looking forward to and, of course, plenty to discuss. The housing market had a sharp slowdown but has had a really big and pronounced recovery since then. House prices are up. Activity is up. Mortgages approvals are at their highest for several years. One of the questions I’ll be asking at the show is whether this will last? I think that’s a really big question to everyone who invests in the housing market. It’s going to be a great show – I am really looking forward to it and I hope you are too.”

Show sponsor Peter Licourinos of HMO on Steroids & Property Master Academy is also looking forward to another successful event:

“First of all, it’s such a fantastic idea to be taking these fabulous shows online. It’s the first event we look at for each and every year as it brings together the best in the business. You can already see that there is a real buzz about Tuesday’s event – we’re just proud to be able to play our part in it. If you’re an experienced investor or looking at entry level – there really is something for everyone. It’s a truly special show.

Entry is free! All you have to do is register. You can learn more about the National Landlord Investment online Super Show by visiting the website.
