Sara Grimes, from Bath & West Community Energy, Jenna Willcox, Retrofit Coordinator and energy expert from the Centre for Sustainable Energy, and Alexandra Best, Conservation Officer from Bath & North East Somerset Council, will talk about their new project to help you protect the historic interest of your listed building and improve its energy performance.

They will summarise conservation principles and common measures such as glazing, insulation and renewable energy, how these affect your EPC rating, and offer guidance on applying for Listed Building Consent. They will review current opportunities for support and services for energy efficiency, including the Council’s new Level 0 pre-app service for listed building retrofit. There will be plenty of time for questions and answers.

This webinar is part of the Green Heritage Homes Project, managed by Bath & West Community Energy in partnership with Bath & North East Somerset Council , Bath Preservation Trust , the Centre for Sustainable Energy , People Powered Retrofit , with funding from the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero working with the South West Net Zero Hub through the Local Energy Advice Demonstrator Programme .
