Camden seem to require the same information for a 254 as for a 257 common parts only licesnse at least on the face of it. This includes floor plans of the individual dwellings the names of the tenants EICRS for each dwelling and names of leaseholders (that I can understand so that the council can determine whether the flats are hmos due to common ownership). I wonder if anyone please can relate their experience as it would be much less involved simply to submit details of the common parts.
