I do my own NRLA Inventory - usually too many photos probably 80 photos in total.

I provide a copy on USB pen drive to Tenant usually all photos but is this really necessary if I just had a good selection to hand over to Tenant.

Say I gave them 25 showing all areas is this acceptable ?

If I had a claim Tenants would not offer up any photos that didn't go in their favour, I don't think so.

I wouldn't claim unless really necessary and clear cut I had a good chance of success.

Therefore can I just hand over a selected few photos Or none at all ?

Just minimising efforts but if needed i would hand over all photos but wonder is this really necessary ?

Do Tenants ever supply photos from anyone's initial Inventory ?

Never needed YET to use a professional inventory ....   Famous last words, what I save in Inventory fees I probably use elsewhere for the Tenants benefit whilst I am still Handy Andy type but getting a bit longer in the tooth every tenant turnover.

Thanks again.
