Can I get away with ticking the no DSS / benefits tab on my Openrent advert.  Or would I be vulnerable to suing for discrimination.

I have a house on the market which I have done up to a standard I am quite clear I want someone with a good job for but am getting lots of desperate benefits applicants I don't want.  How can I reduce the lower quality applications?
