Hi Everyone

I am bit confused

  1. I took £600 deposit on AST starting in 2010
  2. I secured it late in 2015 and gave the tenants the proscribed info and got a signed copy

My question is on the 6 year claim limit rule

Do the tenants have 6 years to claim from the date the deposit was secured or the date they leave the property?
