I have an improvement notice on a nightmare tenant she smashed kitchen  tiles off and replaced them and kitchen fronts now the council are asking me to replace them as their in poor condition and one of thems missing but they were perfect when she moved in and she took it upon herself to replace them am I still responsible to replace the kitchen as she's demanding a new kitchen
